Background & Design Philosophy
Sergio Nuñez works in residential construction in El Paso, Texas, where daily exposure to builders, trades, schedules, and homeowners has shaped a practical approach to design.
His work focuses on creating homes that feel memorable without becoming impractical. Rather than chasing trends, each design begins with a clear architectural idea and is refined to remain realistic to build and enjoyable to live in.
Through Author Homes, Sergio explores the concept of one-of-one residential architecture. Every home is released once, built once, and permanently retired from the collection.
