About
Author Homes is a small studio dedicated to one-of-one residential design. Every release is authored with care — then built once, and never repeated.
We believe distinctive homes should remain attainable. That means pairing original architecture with disciplined planning, clear documentation, and a delivery path that builders and homeowners can trust.
The team behind each release brings together design authorship, construction experience, and a shared commitment to one simple idea: unique homes for unique lives.
